Now Hiring - Healthcare Sales Associate in Omaha, NE

As a Sales Associate, you will contribute to generating sales for Helget Home Medical. You will be responsible for enthusiastically prospecting and closing sales over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also greet customers at our location and assist them with any questions they have about our products and services. To be successful in this role, you must have superior people skills and be an excellent communicator comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and in person.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact prospective and existing customers to inform them about products and services
• Answer questions about products, services, or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements, overcome objections, and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and accurately process orders in the system
• Handle any grievances to preserve the company's reputation
• Go the "extra mile" to help customer and facilitate future sales
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
• Direct prospects to sales management when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma required, BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
• Proven experience in tele-sales or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting activity and sales quotas
• Successful track record using upselling and suggestive selling techniques
• Knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Fluent in English with superior verbal and written communication skills
• Superior customer service and interpersonal skills
• Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
